March 17 Meeting: Creating Neurographic Art

Our March 17th meeting offered those of us present a relaxing, even meditative, experience. Jan Rochefort introduced us to neurographic art, an expression of emotions and thoughts through free-flowing lines, shapes, colors. This technique is used to reduce stress and anxiety and any of us can use it at any time regardless of artistic skill.

The session proved to be a meaningful time. Many of us shared our feelings and insights afterwards. We look forward to being able to draw on this method as desired for relaxation and rejuvenation!
